Add ORCID, and the Search Console verification file

ORCID joins LinkedIn and GitHub in sameAs, and also appears as a PropertyValue
identifier, which is the form a scholarly index looks for rather than just
another profile link. It is a visible contact link too: structured data should
never assert something a reader cannot see.

The Google verification file lives in public/ rather than being dropped on the
server by hand, so it is version controlled and every deploy puts it back.
Google re-checks it periodically and unverifies the property if it disappears.
