Prepare 1.0.0-beta.26, containing PC scanning control through Forwarding from #167, for Play internal testing and TestFlight internal distribution. Set the package release identifier to 1.0.0-beta.26 and increment the shared Android/iOS build ordinal to 28. Marketing version stays 1.0.0.

Closes #168.

Validation:

• npm run validate passed, including 593 tests and all 21 Expo Doctor checks.
• Release metadata and historical build ordinal validation passed.
• Diff contains only the three version files updated by npm run version:bump.
• Required CI will verify clean Android/iOS prebuilds and native builds before merge.
• Physical Android-to-PC scanning smoke testing remains unverified.

The user authorized merging the reviewed release preparation and publishing this prerelease through the documented internal workflows.

Independent review of latest head 75c8f27 found no actionable findings.
