Prepare 1.0.0-beta.27 for internal store distribution, including PC-owned scanning hold timing from #173. The version script updates the package identifier and shared Android/iOS build ordinal to 29, preserving marketing version 1.0.0.
Closes #174.

The user authorized release preparation merge and prerelease publication through the documented Play internal and TestFlight workflows.
Independent latest-head review by the PC release agent found no actionable findings at 607163c.
