License Key Invalid message in DataGrid demo

Running the DataGrid sample, some tabs show a 'Syncfusion license key is invalid' message and then close the app.

1. Clone the repo
2. Open the DataGrid sample in Visual Studio (SampleBrowser.Maui.DataGrid.sln)
3. Run the app
4. Click the 'Column Types' tab
5. Invalid license message is shown
6. Click OK
7. App closes

Platforms Tested: Windows 11, Android 14

Why is a demo asking for a license key?
Why do only some tabs in the demo do this?
