Rename VectraCtl to SynentraCtl and update all references
Renamed the entire codebase from "VectraCtl" to "SynentraCtl", updating all namespaces, project names, and references. Replaced Vectra.Client.* packages and types with Synentra.Client.* equivalents. Updated dependency injection to use AddSynentraClient. Refactored commands and tests to use Synentra abstractions and models. No functional changes; the code now targets the Synentra platform. #46
