terraform: remove unused/deprecated examples and other cleanup (#56)

- Removes get-routes-aws.bash.tftpl. 
  - _Use [AWS Preset apps](https://tailscale.com/docs/features/app-connectors/how-to/setup#add-a-preset-app) instead._
- Removes aws-ec2-autoscaling-session-recorder.
  - _Use [Tailscale PAM](https://tailscale.com/docs/privileged-access-management/session-logs) instead._
- Other cleanup - removes extraneous outputs, rename some variables and files.
