• Inventory mode derivation: no multiplant token, and conflicting mode tokens resolve silently

• Published-collections skeleton check cannot resolve any collection: every skeleton is named Skeleton-N

• skeletons.yaml has no multiplant cylinder rows; multiplant labels are unidentified

• package_metadata.yaml omits the age window its spec requires

• scripts/ and openspec/ are outside CI's path filter, and openspec is never validated — such a PR merges with no checks run

• 6 of 7 integration tests never run in CI, so green CI does not mean a green suite

• ModelCard age windows should be validated against (eventually derived from) the associated LabelCard(s), not hand-curated at promotion

• Follow-up from #37: scalar-matrix error is miscategorized, and the docs mode guard matches experiment at any depth

• Shared generalist models are registered N times (storage + maintenance duplication) — ModelCard.species has no way to express "one model, multiple species"
