Show Instagram and LinkedIn Buttons in separate section

Instagram and LinkedIn are shown permanently.
The "Anmelden auf Meetup" button is only shown when an upcoming date has a meetup event set. I.e. it won't show when the event has passed or the event has no meetup ID set yet
