Instagram and LinkedIn are shown permanently. The "Anmelden auf Meetup" button is only shown when an upcoming date has a meetup event set. I.e. it won't show when the event has passed or the event has no meetup ID set yet

Added Instagram to a dedicated "Für Updates folgt uns auf..." section.
Meetup button is only shown when a upcoming event is present and has a meetup id set.

The https://www.facebook.com/brand/resources/instagram/icons on the meta brand page is broken so I used https://colorcode.tools/brands/instagram. I picked the "Instagram purple" as it is still good to read and provides enough contrast to the other buttons
