A chore can now come up at up to five set times a day (wash hands at breakfast, lunch and dinner). Each time is ticked off on its own, only while it's open (plus the claim allowance), and pays its own points. For the day the chore counts once: streaks, the weekly target and the per-week figures move only once every time is done. An optional all-times bonus is paid once a day.

• Model: Chore.times and times_bonus, plus ChoreCompletion.time_id and MandatoryMiss.time_id. When these are empty, behaviour is unchanged, so no migration is needed.
• Validation (panel, services, WebSocket, edits): at most 5 times, same day, no overlaps, and not on timed, open-ended, quantity or teamwork chores.
• Completing: complete_chore takes time_id. Undo, reject and approve work per time, and labels read "Chore (Time)".
• Mandatory chores owe a miss per time that closes undone.
• Editing: a time keeps its id when edited (matched by name, else by start), so today's ticks survive.
• Layout setting: family-wide set_times_layout (rows | pills), with a per-card override on the child and kiosk cards.
• Panel: How often in a day (once / up to N times / at set times), with presets, a 24-hour strip and inline validation. The Today board shows each time.
• All new strings are in every locale.
