Docs and fixes found testing all of 7.3.0 together on a dev Home Assistant.

Docs:

• new pages: Chore & Reward Library, Chores at Set Times
• Admin Panel, Getting Started and Help & feedback updated for the new navigation
• index and nav entries

Fixes:

• Kiosk avatar picker: it opened as a 26px strip once the season badge wrapped the header face. The badge now wraps only the face.
• Panel styles: the screen-time bank's styles shared the tm-st- names with set times. They're tm-scr- now.
• Set times on a phone: name, points and remove share the first line, and From/Until the second, with room for a 12-hour time.
• Library screen-time reward: it fills the bank (15 minutes) while the bank is on, and stays an ordinary reward when it isn't.
• Kiosk done ring: a chore with set times counts once in both layouts.
• Library on a phone: it fills the screen, like other dialogs.
• Set-time names: approvals and the reject prompt name the set time.
