Add a new
messagecomputed parameter to thetencentcloud_teo_bind_security_templateresource. Themessagefield provides human-readable information about the delivery status (e.g., failure reasons).Also replaces the read API from
DescribeWebSecurityTemplates+DescribeZonesto the more directDescribeSecurityTemplateBindingsAPI, which fetches template bindings by zone ID and template ID directly without needing to iterate through all zones.
