About This Course

AI for IT Networking is a hands-on, 2-day WSQ course that teaches the five core tasks of a network professional — configuring servers and devices, supporting user access, monitoring performance, reporting status and testing reliability — and shows how a generative AI assistant makes each task faster under a strict verify-then-trust discipline. It is aligned to the TSC Network Configuration (ICT-DIT-2009-1.1) and is ideal for IT support, operations and infrastructure staff who want to add practical AI skills to their networking work.

Learning Outcomes

# On completion, learners will be able to
LO1 Configure servers and devices using basic network configuration techniques, with AI assistance, per organisational specifications.
LO2 Support user network access per organisational specifications, using AI to plan and validate connectivity.
LO3 Operate network management and monitoring tools effectively, aided by AI, for optimal performance.
LO4 Report network performance and status in alignment with established protocols, using AI to analyse data.
LO5 Perform basic network tests to verify reliability and compliance, using AI to interpret results.
