Host AMAs on the website

Currently at https://github.com/the-programmers-hangout/ama-archive. Let's see what Gatsby can do in loading HTML.

Currently working on it here. For now I have this:

• Elliott's ama will render at /ama-archive/Elliott_03_14_2020.html
  • let me know if we should change up the path or file names
• ama pages are created at build time and develop can use those build files
  • this causes issues when trying to make an index page which leverages graphql queries
  • develop may not always show the latest ama pages until a build is created

The Gatsby issues indicate this is an ongoing struggle. I've been using this issue as a guide + jumping off to issues mentioned here.
