Removes orphaned workflow files that were renamed or consolidated in theholocron/.github:
codeql.yml→ replaced bysecurity.yml(theholocron/holocron PR #499)post-release.yml→ merged intorelease.ymlas opt-in input (theholocron/holocron PR #500)The sync command writes new files but does not delete removed ones.
