Adds the global products: switcher block (all 14 wiki-enabled repos), edit-this-page: GitHub link, and navbar-links: to fern/docs.yml so every wiki page shows the org-wide wiki navigator and a direct link to edit the page on GitHub. Signed-off-by: Newton <5769156+iamnewton@users.noreply.github.com>
