Tk GUI freezes during generation on slow machines

Because the GUI cannot finish an event loop within the progress bar ticker delay on a raspberry pi 4 with generation running, the progress bar never updates.

I could have it time how long it actually takes between operations, and add 1 ms.

I tried that and it's sort of worked, but the delay got so long that it was basically useless outside of very large puzzle generations. I also had a thought, this delay probably changes a lot in single process Python.

It may be better to just wait for Python 3.14 to arrive on the Raspberry Pi then try to fix this. It does still work, it's just that the GUI isn't responsive during it so you can't cancel without restarting the app.
