Updates the public skills for the Thelia 3.0.0-beta1 release: installation now goes through the tagged releases (the twig branch is being retired), version and stability facts are refreshed, email and PDF are documented as Twig, and a few field-tested pitfalls are folded into the existing sections. Bumps the thelia plugin to 0.3.0.
