Since default-twig 1.0.0-beta9 the back office builds with AssetMapper and sass-bundle: bin/install runs sass:build, npm is gone everywhere. Updates the fresh-install-test protocol, the tooling and thelia3 skills, and the DDEV hook example accordingly. Bumps the plugin to 0.6.1.
