Release v0.1.0a2

Includes log-space Taylor expansion (sign, log|c|), pow_p + scan_p jet
rules, broader rule coverage, mixed-rank broadcast fix, and the log_add
structural-zero NaN-gradient guard added since v0.1.0a1.
