Scope:

  • Compare the current project against a reference structure, template, or expected layout.
  • Reuse template profile classifier and project organizer/routing health context where available.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Read-only comparison report first.
  • Manual or rollback-safe cleanup suggestions only.
  • Avoid false positives for recognized standard template roles and placeholders.
