P2: Reference track isolation review and routing plan

Scope:

• Add a read-only reference-track isolation review that detects likely reference tracks and reports whether they route through mix/master processing in a risky way.
• Suggest manual or rollback-safe routing actions when isolation is safe and unambiguous.
• Integrate with Routing Review, Project Organizer, Preflight, and Reference Track Deconstruction.

Acceptance criteria:

• Read-only diagnosis first.
• Does not auto-isolate unless the target track and route are unambiguous and rollback-safe.
• Preserves recognized template roles and avoids false positives for print, premaster, or reserved tracks.
