alert.ymlgave up on the first GitHub API error, and intibia-sh/mcp.tibia.shtwo alerts were lost that way on 2026-10-30, in runs41071296550and41071513666. It now tries 5 times, 30, 60, 120 and 240 seconds apart, with the job bounded at 15 minutes. Every try lists the open issues again, and a failed list writes nothing, so a retry never opens a second issue. Same change as tibia-sh/tibiawiki-mcp#96.
