A small python script for a bot to run raffles in twitch chat.
Before you start edit lines 4, 5, and 6 with your information
Once raffle has started your viewers can use !raffle to join the raffle
After you feel enough viewers have joined use !runraffle to choose the winner randomly
Tested in python 2.7
