Addresses #5694. The minimal SDK lacks socket and process symbols. Add a second libSystem stub object and a direct loopback socket test.
This PR supplies link declarations for #5699 and tinygo-org/net#74. #5612 owns the separate Darwin trampoline fix. This branch has no process implementation or net submodule change.
