Add usage instructions for profile READMEs

It would be great to have detailed usage instruction on how to add dynamically created stats to a user's [profile README](https://docs.github.com/en/account-and-profile/setting-up-and-managing-your-github-profile/customizing-your-profile/managing-your-profile-readme), probably via some pre-rendered / cached image link.
