fix: expose jquery type augmentation from package types entry (#896)

Declaration emit dropped the value-only import of ./jquery-plugin, so
dist/index.d.ts never reached the `declare global` JQuery augmentation and
consumers got TS2339 on `devbridgeAutocomplete`. A side-effect import keeps
it in the emitted .d.ts.
