`cargo check --all-features -p tokio` does not compile on stable

It looks like it enables features that require tokio_unstable. That should not happen. Anything that requires tokio_unstable should not be enabled by default

I'm not able to reproduce it on my AMD64 dev box.

$ RUSTFLAGS="--cfg tokio_unstable" cargo check --all-features -p tokio
Finished `dev` profile [unoptimized + debuginfo] target(s) in 0.03s
$ rustc --version
rustc 1.98.0 (88d9e12ae 2026-08-18)

Sorry, I was not clear. I have a fix coming. It does nto compile for me without specifying RUSTFLAGS="--cfg tokio_unstable"

Generally, it is not OK to require tokio_unstable to enable features. Enabling features should be safe regardless of tokio_unstable or not, they should be no-op
