trivy image & repo scans are broken

Describe the bug
The trivy image and vulnerability scans that run for every merge & PR are broken.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Checkout the actions tab of the project, there's a long list of broken commands.

Expected behavior
The builds pass or are not running.

Because they've been broken since April, I've disabled both workflows
