Feature request to have command line tools be client context aware

Hi there! I think it be cool if when we ran the command line tools like Kerb or Reg that they be aware of our local user credentials and thus we dont have to always manually type in the command line arguments for username, domain, password etc. It be super handy for when doing engagements from a windows client to be able to have the tools just grab whatever creds I already have currently

There are a few different use cases to consider here:

1. To avoid repetition of known credentials, use the TITANIS_DEFAULT_* environment variables for the parameters that you don't want to type for each command. This works for all parameters and is not limited to credentials.
2. To inherit the context for SMB / RPC connections (and other reasons), I'm considering adding a parameter for the RPC endpoint. So instead of endpoint discovery, Titanis will use a path you give it. On Windows, this may be a path of the form \\.\IPIPE\<pipe> for a local service, \\HOST\IPC$\<pipe> for a remote service. On a Linux host, this can be used in combination with a mounted file system that tunnels the traffic through an authenticated channel.
3. When run on a Windows host, to call the Windows API directly.

I think options 2 and 3 would be really nice and powerful. I think it opens up the ease of use but also potential use cases for titanis alot. Say we are locally on the system; can we also get it to specify which user we want to impersonate their token?
