3D view v5: card stream (conveyor + scanner), no three.js; uniform posters

Replaces the wheel with the card-stream concept: a horizontal conveyor
of big posters mid-screen with cover-flow tilt, a neon scanner line at
the centre highlighting the current card, calm auto-flow that pauses on
interaction, drag/wheel/arrow navigation, tap (or Enter) to play.
Pure DOM/CSS — three.min.js dropped (600KB lighter). DK / DK Jr posters
re-framed to the standard 336x240 so all cards render identically.
