Depend on tui-kit v0.1.1 for the table layout fix

The v0.1.0 table laid its columns out against the full terminal width and drew
rows through a padded style, so every row was two cells too wide. tui-firewall
escaped the visible damage because its column widths happened to sum to exactly
the content width, but the dependency should not be pinned to a version with a
known rendering bug in the widget every screen uses.

Screenshots re-rendered against the fixed kit; they are unchanged, which is the
point.
