Stop telling readers the packages are unpublished

The note above the coming-soon channels dates from when nothing was
published. apt, dnf and pacman are live and render above it now, so the
paragraph contradicted the three working install commands a reader had just
scrolled past.

tui-kit v0.2.5 rewrites it to speak only about the channels it actually sits
above, and this regenerates the section from the manifest.
