Add table github_organization_application

Good afternoon.
Large enterprise companies have long been using GitHub Apps (LINK) as a replacement for various personal tokens.
I didn't find anything similar in the list of tables steampipe github plugin.

I suggest adding:

• a list of Apps
• the ability to obtain their privileges or something like that
• their scope (which repositories they apply to)

Even at my company, we use dozens of them, and I wanted to inventory them and write controls for them using Steampipe.
