Batch API: Requesting SignedURLs (for Up- and Download) in Batch

Hey there,

May someone please extend the shared API-Abstract with Batch Operations for getSignedURL, getPublicURL, removeFile and getPresignedUploadURL?
I do not get an overview about the abstract, private & public, functional and so on...

I could then integrate the required functions with AzureProvider.
