"Delete" all Projects under a Study

• Users should be able to delete (close) all projects under a study, related to "Closed" status for Studies - study lifecycle #600
• what are the requirements of deletion vs archiving? - related to TRE Project Statuses #551
• What is the best UX for this?

As for initiation, if we have a projects list or something on the study page (did we say tabs for assets, projects and contracts?) then the button could be there

• On the Project tab on the Study page (see Add projects tab to study page #476), "close" button should be at the top of the tab
• show modal with disclaimer that the request is to close, they need to provide info for asset retention, this will be passed to the env team so they know whether the data needs to be retained (project is archived) or not (can be deleted)
