associated with umrover/mrover-esw#82 (specifically this commit, which will update the ESW docs on any push)
adds a workflow to update and re-deploy the esw docs whenever their source (in umrover/mrover-esw) is updated
this repo is updated as a clone of the esw docs, each doc is overwritten (authored by gh actions), and remains in the tree in this repo (searchable in local clone/deploy)
action here will not work until a gh app is added to handle the workflow between the two repos
