Update the Go version we use in the ci and suggest in docs from 1.24.1 to 1.24.6. Subsequently, update all module depedencies using the newer version of Go. However, github.com/containerd/go-runc was kept to v1.0.0, due to brekaing changes and incompatibility with the shim from containerd.
