[VS Code] As a user, I want to be able to click on a variable to go to its definition in PVL

Within the VS Code IDE when activating the extension and having a PVL file open.
Goal:
If a variable is defined hovering and pressing ctrl + click makes you jump to the definition with shorter distance.
