Consolidate game data into data/ with JSON Schema validation (#17)

* add json_schemer gem for schema validation

* add consolidated data directory with schemas

* add migration and validation scripts

* update build scripts to read from data/

* remove old content json and update config

* use integer comparison for armor skill amounts in template

* regenerate search index from new data structure
