Rename GD32 linker script for bootloader
Renames `gd32f207vc_flash.ld` to `gd32f207vc-bootloader_flash.ld` in the firmware template to better reflect its bootloader-specific use. The linker script contents remain effectively unchanged, so this is a naming/organization update rather than a behavior change.
