Update display headers and SPI configuration

Bump copyright years to 2026 and apply several header cleanups and feature updates:

- display.h: reformat namespace/struct braces and include guard comment spacing; simplify Display::PutString to a pointer-increment loop for clarity.
- spi/config.h: align macro whitespace, add RASPPI and ODROID board blocks (include gpio_rasppi.h and platform-specific GPIO mappings), remove bcm2835 dependency, default unknown GPIOs to 0, and clarify SPI_LCD_CS_GPIO conditional blocks with trailing comments.
- spi/st7789.h: add include of timing.h.

These changes improve platform support, readability and remove an unnecessary bcm2835 include.
