chore: bump to v0.2.0

A minor bump rather than a patch, because two changes break existing
setups and a patch release would give users no signal to re-read
anything:

  - the MCP server moved from port 8765 to 8779. 8765 is sync.rs's OAuth
    callback port, and while MCP held it Google login silently failed to
    bind.
  - the MCP endpoint moved from /sse to /mcp. rmcp 2 removed the SSE
    server transport, so every client config the app previously handed
    out pointed at a route that no longer exists.

Anyone with an MCP client configured against this app has to update it.

Also in this release: aarch64 packages alongside x86_64, a signed APT
repository, five /tmp privilege-escalation sites collapsed into one
O_EXCL helper, a fan curve that stopped silently handing the fan back
after 30s of steady temperature, and CI that actually verifies main.
