[Test] Retire unprofiled rl-driven E2E cases

Goal

Remove the unprofiled rl-driven-* E2E registrations so contributors are not sent to Thompson-sampling / feedback tests that no maintained profile runs.

Evaluation & Quality

Scope

• Delete e2e/testcases/rl_driven_selection.go and e2e/testcases/testdata/rl_driven_selection_cases.json.
• Remove leftover references to rl-driven-basic-selection, rl-driven-personalization, rl-driven-feedback-loop, rl-driven-multi-turn, and rl-driven-exploration.
• Add a focused test that those names are not registered in the E2E catalog.
• Do not add a replacement Router Learning E2E in this issue.

Non-goals

• Rewriting these cases onto global.router.learning / routing_sampling.
• Covering adaptation, protection, Redis, restart, or multi-replica behavior.
• Retiring core-selection-elo / thompson / gmtrouter / router-r1 (that is [Test] Cover supported selector algorithms end to end and retire stale cases #3179).

Completion signal

• No profile or catalog lists the five rl-driven-* names.
• go test on the E2E registration/profile packages stays green.
• [Test] Cover Router Learning adaptation, protection, and state lifecycle end to end #3181 remains open for real Router Learning E2E coverage.
