RabbitMQ 4.0/4.1 support?

Has anyone tested this module working (or not) with RabbitMQ 4.0 or 4.1 yet?

I haven't seen any recent PR's indicating any support was added or is needed (yet). I do see release notes on the RabbitMQ side indicating a new version of the "RabbitMQAdmin" tool (v2) now ships. I'm wondering if any of the syntax or arguments change that would need changes in this code to account?

Or maybe you all have already tested and its working great?

Hi - this module is not super actively maintained.

IMO, #926 or something like it is probably a prerequisite for adding support for newer versions of RMQ (and dropping support for older ones). I haven't worked actively with either Puppet or RabbitMQ for many years, so while I have some context from helping to maintain this module, it's not something I can really take on.

Happy to provide some ideas if anyone wants to take on a more active role in making some of the bigger changes needed.

I can comment from our end it "does" appear to work with RabbitMQ 4.1 - however we maintain our own internal repositories vs letting the module handle that aspect.

One "quirk" though is it forcibly downloads the v1 configuration script from the REST API, whereas as of 4.x they now release a v2 configuration script separately. It has comments in it about being deprecated, but as of 4.1.0 it seems to still work. My guess is that will change as new features are added/changed. But at least ,as of 4.1.0 it does seem to work!
