Cuts 0.2.23 for the two dependency updates already on `main`: the `sandboxd` image on `python:3.14-slim` (#87) and `docker/build-push-action` v7 (#88). No library code changed. The image job builds and starts the container on every pull request, so 3.14 running the `[server]` extra is checked rather than assumed, and v7's breaking changes (Node 24, ESM, two removed deprecated env vars, the legacy build-summary tool) touch none of the inputs used here.
