Link mismatch on 5.5.2.14 sosa:observedProperty

I just noticed that the Inverse property of sosa:observedProperty is linked to www.w3.org, not w3c.github.io

I noticed as wasObservedBy is new, not available under the 2017 version.

Actually the issue is that the link in the document is to the term URI, rather than to the term definition.
I'll check all of them.
