Add a settings page to control when to auto-suspend a site and also for other customization.

To Do:

• Basic settings page.
• Option for auto-suspend (date picker).
• Option for custom header suspension message.
• Option for custom body suspension message.
• Option for custom footer suspension message. (optional)
• Option for custom background image.
• Option for custom styling.
