What changed

Removes scripts/release/triggerRelease.js and the trigger-release script from package.json.

The script sent a release repository dispatch event to the v5 Custom Release workflow. After #5987 that workflow is started only from its form in the Actions tab (or gh workflow run v5_customRelease.yml), so the event would reach nothing.

Merge after #5987.

v5 releases are started from the v5 Custom Release workflow form on the
default branch, which no longer listens for the dispatch event this
script sent.
