An accordion item title taken from a field (`itemTitle` / `itemDescription`) printed the raw value. A dropdown with predefined values showed "personal-training" instead of "Personal Training", and a reference field showed nothing readable, so the item fell back to "Label #1". Titles now go through FieldValueFormatter, a new form model extension point. Without a formatter, a value is swapped for its option label. The CMS registers one for `ref` fields, backed by ReferenceTitles: references asked for in the same tick load in one request, each entry once, and entries the reference inputs already loaded or searched are reused without a request. The single-object accordion used its own copy of the title logic and now shares the list renderer's. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

🚓 Slop Cop ✅ Nothing worth flagging. The diff looks consistent with the PR's stated intent and the code-style rules. Automated, non-blocking heads-up from an LLM. It can be wrong — use your judgment. Regenerates on every push. |
A reference to a deleted entry stayed unresolved, so a title built from several references never showed. It now settles as an empty title. A failed request frees its references so the next render asks again. The single-object accordion called its hooks after an early return; they now run before it. 🩺 Stability & Availability | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
A failed request never retries unless something else triggers a re-render.
After a gateway error, flush deletes the keys from requested. It does not change any observable state. titles is the only observable in this class. The observer that called getTitle did not get a title, so nothing makes it re-render. The comment on Line 62 says "until the next render asks again". That render happens only when an unrelated change occurs, such as typing in another field. The test passes because it calls getTitle by hand. In the UI, the accordion title can stay on the fallback label for the whole session.
Use an observable failure marker, or schedule a bounded retry. One option is to track requested with observable.set, so that deleting a key re-runs dependent observers. This needs a retry limit or backoff. Without one, a persistent failure starts a request loop on every reaction.

What was wrong
An object list rendered as an accordion can name each item after one of its fields (
itemTitle, and likewiseitemDescription). The title printed that field's raw value:personal-training, instead of the option labelPersonal Training.{ id, modelId }, so the title fell back toFacility Information #1instead of the referenced entry's title, e.g.Baker.The referenced entry was only resolved inside the reference input, which isn't mounted while the item is collapsed, so the title had nothing to read.
What changed
FieldValueFormatter(app-admin form model) is a new DI abstraction that turns a field's value into summary text, keyed by field type.resolveItemTitleuses it. Fields without a formatter get their option label when they have options, and lists of values are joined with commas. Object values now fall back to the default label instead of[object Object].ReferenceTitles(app-headless-cms) is an observable title cache for references. Every reference asked for during a render pass is loaded with onegetLatestContentEntriesrequest. Each entry is requested at most once per session, keyed by entry ID so any revision hits the same title. A deleted entry settles as an empty title, and a failed request lets the next render ask again.GetContentEntriesUseCaseandSearchContentEntriesUseCasewrite the titles of entries the reference inputs load into the same cache. Picking a reference from the dropdown updates the accordion title with no extra request.CmsRefFieldValueFormatterconnects the two forreffields.ObjectRenderer(single-object accordion) had its own copy of the title logic and now uses the shared resolver.
